Shipping policy

We ship the first business day after receiving your payment. If you order before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day and usually delivered within one day. However, this only applies to products that are delivered with the regular parcel service. Customers who order before 8:00 am on working days from a private address (parcels up to 20 kg) are often delivered the same evening.

We ship all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium free of charge and insured. We will email you a shipment number from the carrier. This allows you to follow the order to your front door.
