Compridis attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Compridis complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that in any case we have:

Processing of personal data of customers or suppliers


Personal data of customers or suppliers are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):

  • Administrative purposes;
  • Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
  • Executing or issuing an order.

  • The agreed assignment;

For the above objective(s), Compridis may request the following personal data from you:

  • Suffix;
  • Last name;
  • Address;
  • (Business) Phone number;
  • (Business) Email Address;
  • VAT number;

Your personal data will be stored by Compridis for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:

  • During the term of the agreement (including the term of any product warranty provided by Compridis)  and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

 

Processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers


Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):

  • Informing the person d.mv news outlets.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • The Newsletter registration form;

For the above objective(s), Compridis may request the following personal data from you:

  • First name;
  • Suffix;
  • Last name;
  • Email address.

Your personal data will be stored by Compridis for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:

  • During the period that one is registered.

 

Processing of personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties


Personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):

  • Provision of information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • Verbal consent, issue of business card and/or via link on LinkedIn;

For the above objective(s), Compridis may request the following personal data from you:

  • First name;
  • Suffix;
  • Last name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address.

Your personal data will be stored by Compridis for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:

  • During the period in which one is seen as a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact and/or interested party.

 

Processing of personal data of employees


Personal data of employees is processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):

  • Execute the employment contract.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • The employment contract.

For the above objective(s), Compridis may request the following personal data from you:

  • First name;
  • Suffix;
  • Last name;
  • Address;
  • Place of residence;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Salary details;
  • Copy ID;
  • BSN number;

Your personal data will be stored by Compridis for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:

  • During the period that one has a contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

Provision to third parties


We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

  • Providing the internet environment for the GDPR program;
  • Taking care of the (financial) administration;
  • Providing newsletters and invitations.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.


Within the EU

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Minors


We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties to provide services, and we have given WebwinkelKeur permission to do so. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the services for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.



Retention period


Compridis does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.

Security


We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example we have taken the following measures;

  • All persons who can access your data on behalf of Compridis are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
  • We have a username and password policy on all our systems;
  • We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is reason to do so;
  • We make backups of personal data in order to be able to restore them in the event of physical or technical incidents;
  • We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
  • Our employees have been informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

Rights regarding your data


You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the data you provide to yourself or directly to another party on your behalf. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the aforementioned requests.

If we may process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
